Running

I've been checking in lately on a blog I found. Its author is a man who is running all the way across the country. He's in Indiana today, on his way to San Francisco.

I find it incredibly inspiring to read about his adventure. It's also helping me keep running myself, though my 2 and 3 mile runs once or twice a week are nothing compared to what he's doing -- not to mention that it's a comfortable 50 degrees here in California, quite a contrast to the single digits he started with yesterday morning.
