Where Ideas Come From

I've been busy since returning from camp almost two weeks ago. Too busy. I haven't had the time I need to do the things I need to do, like spend some time in nature. Such time renews my soul--and some of my best sermon & newsletter ideas come to me when I find a way to get out of the office and spend some time outside.

Yesterday, I took Tristan to the day camp he's attending this week. It's near my wife's work, but she was not feeling well yesterday. The camp takes place at a church near the ocean, so after dropping him off, I walked along the path overlooking the sea. By the time I returned, I had several good things to write about.
