Not Quite Autumn

It cooled down a bit today. A breeze blowing in from the bay made it all the way to our inland location. It feels almost, but not quite, like fall; even though the weather is cooler, it doesn't yet have that crisp, autumn smell. (Nevertheless, Ginger doesn't think it's too early in the season for pumpkin-flavored drinks from Starbucks.)

Of course, when you live in the lowlands of California, everything having to do with the weather is relative. Instead of being in the 90s, we're now enjoying weather in the 80s.

Last weekend, while the weather was still warm, the boys and I went for another hike. Perhaps it was a bit too warm...
