I was pastor in Morro Bay, CA, just up the road from where Bob is currently (but not for long) pastoring.

2. 5 Things on Today's To Do List

1. realign some bricks in the front yard
2. take my son to his endocrinology appointment
3. after the appointment, take him to lead the flag ceremony for a PTA recognition dinner at the Castaway Restaurant in Burbank (he'll be joined by other cub scouts in his pack).
4. see if there are any bike lockers available at the Wardlow station of the Metro Blue Line.
5. contemplate my first sermon and newsletter article for the church where I expect to begin my ministry next week.



3. Things I'd do if I were a billionare

Buy (or build) an eco-friendly house, take my wife to Europe, maybe help fund L.A.'s subway system. A billion? Geez, that's a lot...
