Back From Camp

I returned from camp this afternoon. A few disorganized thoughts before I go to sleep ... in my own bed... :-)

1. Ethan thrived. What was I worried about?
2. My own cabin of boys was great. They even taught me something new: how to make a bird whistle sound by cupping one's hands together and blowing through the gap in your thumbs.
3. I didn't miss the electronic media that seems so imortant & vital to me when I'm not at camp. TV I don't watch much normally; radio I barely thought about; and only in briefly did I feel the urge to check email and/or blog.
4. Sometimes kids will take you more seriously the more ridiculous you dress.
5. Ahh, it's too late for more additions to this list. I'm going to sleep.
