Back Home

After almost two weeks in Virginia, I spent three days backpacking in the Sierra, where our plans were altered slightly due to the fact that there is still eight feet of snow on the trail we had intended to take. The lake we ended up at, Upper Twin Lake in the Kaiser Wilderness, was beautiful. This trip, and my experiences at the Summer Collegium, have been a sort of wake-up call to me that I need to take better care of my spiritual and mental health. I'm now discerning what changes I need to make in order to be a healthier person in this regard.

The home computer is down, but when it's up and running, I hope to post some pictures.
